Authors' Guidelines

1. Manuscript Submission

  • Submission Platform: Authors must submit their manuscripts via the RJTLLE online submission system. To submit your work, please create an account or log in to the system.
  • Format: Manuscripts should be prepared and submitted in Microsoft Word format. Submissions in PDF or other file formats are not accepted.

2. Manuscript Structure

  • Title Page: Include the title of your paper, the names and affiliations of all authors, the corresponding author's contact details, and any acknowledgments.
  • Abstract: Provide a concise abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the research, key findings, and the significance of the study.
  • Keywords: List 4-6 relevant keywords that best describe your manuscript.
  • Main Text: Structure the main body of your manuscript into sections, such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Use clear and descriptive headings and subheadings.
  • References: Adhere to the journal’s citation style, which follows APA guidelines. Ensure that all references cited in the text are listed in the reference section.
  • Figures and Tables: Integrate figures and tables within the text or place them at the end of the manuscript. Provide high-resolution images (300 dpi) and ensure that all figures and tables are cited within the text.
  • Supplementary Material: If applicable, include supplementary materials as separate files or appendices to support your manuscript.

3. Style and Formatting

  • Text: Use a 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides. Number all pages consecutively.
  • Headings: Apply bold formatting for section headings and subheadings. Ensure a clear hierarchical structure is followed.
  • Citations: Use the author-date method for in-text citations (e.g., Jones, 2021). Ensure full citation details are provided in the reference list.
  • Equations and Symbols: Utilize standard notation for equations and symbols, ensuring all symbols are clearly defined.

4. Ethical Considerations

  • Originality: Submissions must be original works and should not be under consideration elsewhere. Any overlap with previously published work must be disclosed.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential financial or personal conflicts of interest that could influence their research.
  • Ethical Approval: Research involving human or animal subjects must have appropriate ethical approval. Include a statement of ethical compliance in your manuscript.

5. Review Process

  • Peer Review: All manuscripts submitted to RJTLLE undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Authors should avoid self-identification within the manuscript.
  • Revisions: Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on feedback from reviewers. Revised manuscripts should be accompanied by a detailed response to the reviewers' comments.

6. Publication Fees

  • Charges: Details regarding publication fees, if applicable, will be provided upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication.
